Calibration and Certification Services
Your CMM will be verified, calibrated, adjusted and certified by a fully trained and qualified CMM Service Engineer. All accuracy verifications are in full compliance with ASME B89.4.1-1997, ANSI / NCSL Z540-1, ISO 10012-1 and/or the original manufacturers' specifications. All of our accuracy standards are calibrated, certified and are fully traceable to the N.I.S.T.
Standard Calibration Service - We use a high precision step gage and ballbar to calibrate, adjust & certify your CMM.
Ultra-High Accuracy Laser Service - Our Renishaw High Accuracy Laser System is used to calibrate, adjust and certify your CMM.
Our Calibration and Certification Sevices meet all ISO-9002, ISO/IEC Guide-25 and ISO-17025 guidelines. Our services will help you pass the stringent QS and ISO 9000 audits by providing you with the required before and after calibration documentation pertaining the certification of your Coordinate Measuring Machine.
Preventive Maintenance Programs
We offer a full service Preventive Maintenance Program to suit your needs and budget. This is a very cost effective way to ensure your equipment will operate efficiently with minimum downtime and prolong the life of your CMM equipment. Inexpensive minor problems caught during a routine PM service call can usually prevent expensive major repairs and extended downtime in the future.
Repairs and Control System Retrofits
We have the knowledge and experience to repair your CMM and bring it back to its original operating condition. If complete hardware and software control system retrofit is necessary, we can provide a wide range of hardware and software choices to suit the needs of our customers. We will support our retrofits for the life of the equipment.
One of the most dangerous experiences in the life of your CMM is a move to a new location. Whether it is across the room, across the country or across the world, your CMM must be properly prepared for the move. We prepare your CMM by carefully disassembling it and installing all of the necessary shipping hardware and brackets per the manufacturers' recommendation. We will then perform a complete reinstallation of your machine when it arrives at the new location, including a full calibration and certification.
Operator / Programmer Training
We offer full CMM operator/programmer training in your facility using your equipment, your parts and your blueprints. We cover all aspects of part inspection including: probe calibrations, reference frame setups, feature measurement and geometric relationships. We can assist your personnel in using many different CMM software packages including, but not limited to:

We will help you decide on which type of CMM equipment will better suit your application, whether it is new, used or rebuilt. We buy and sell used and rebuilt CMM's from our facility. Visit our Showroom to see what we have available. If we don't have the right machine for you, we use our large networking power to find the used or rebuilt CMM to meet your needs. We also have a special relationship with all of the major manufacturers' representatives who can provide you with information and specifications on new equipment so you can make an educated decision.
Renishaw Probes, Styli and Accessories
We offer the full line of Renishaw Probes, Styli and Accessories. We can supply you with a single stylus or we can put together a complete Renishaw Retrofit Package including a Motorized Probe Head, AutoChange Rack, High Accuracy Touch Probe and an assortment of styli to check all of your parts.
